How an engagement runs

We start small, define the problem clearly, and deliver software your teams can own for the long run.

Every engagement follows the same shape — three phases, explicit decision points, no surprises. You keep full visibility from week one and full control at every checkpoint.

  1. Week 0–2

    Discovery

    Define the real problem.

    Structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, a written risk register. By the end of week two you have a scoping document your CFO can read.
